The data controller for personal data collected on the website is the company 3D MOUNTAIN, SASU with a share capital of €1,000 (variable capital, floor of €100), with its registered office at 5 rue des Myosotis, 63610 Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, registered with the Clermont-Ferrand Trade and Companies Register under number 821 564 481, represented by Mr. Billy Hatier in his capacity as President.

We only collect the data necessary for the smooth running of the site and the processing of your orders, including:

- Order data: purchase history and details, payment methods used (banking details themselves are processed directly by our payment provider, never stored by us)

Your data is retained for the strictly necessary duration to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected: customer account data is retained until the account is deleted, order-related data is retained in accordance with accounting and tax obligations (10 years), and data used for commercial prospecting purposes is retained for 3 years from the last contact, unless you object.

The website is hosted within the European Union. Some of our technical providers may process data outside the European Union; in such cases, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or adequacy decision) in accordance with the GDPR.
