Laser engraving, cutting and 3D printing
Everything comes out of our workshop. In France.
Two ways of working depending on the object: creating everything from A to Z, or taking an object from generic to unique.
What is made from start to finish
Some objects only exist because we've imagined them. The chamois head puzzle, the relief map of your mountain range, your trail trophy — these pieces start from a blank file. We cut each layer, assemble, engrave. From raw wood to the finished object, everything goes through the workshop.
What is engraved and personalised
For other items — flasks, chopping boards, keyrings, water bottles — we select a quality base, then add our design. A first name, a date, a map, a drawing. It's not the item that changes. It's the story it tells.
Our techniques
How to work wood
Laser engraving
A beam, wood, precision to the tenth of a millimetre. The engraving slightly burns the surface and reveals the natural grain — permanent, inkless.
Laser cutting
Nets of contours, assembly notches, stacked layers to create volume. This is how animal heads and multi-layered reliefs are constructed.
CNC cutting
Digital milling for thick or curved parts. A complement to laser cutting for certain trophies and complex assemblies.
3D Printing PLA
The 3D reliefs of our topographic maps — the layer that gives the mountain effect. Eco-friendly PLA, made from corn starch.
In all cases, each piece leaves the workshop controlled and finished by hand – sanding, assembly, pre-shipment checks.
MATERIALS
Sustainably sourced wood, eco-friendly PLA
Plywood
Lightweight, uniform grain. Ideal for fine engraving and multi-layer cutting.
Solid oak
Robust, warm. The material of choice for sports trophies.
MDF
Homogeneous, knot-free. For painted or highly detailed areas.
Eco-friendly PLA
Made from corn starch. For the 3D reliefs of our topographic maps.

Poor quality + customisation here
We select a sturdy base – flask, bottle, board – and personalise it in our workshop. The transformation is entirely French.
