Its winding road, sustained gradients, and panoramic views of the Arvan glaciers make it a climb etched in the legs and memories. This pass deserves a trophy befitting the effort expended.

From the course to the trophy

Each piece is made from the real topographic data of the pass. Here's how your ascent takes shape:

• The GPX trace of your ascent is integrated with the digital terrain model.

Several slopes to choose from

The Croix-de-Fer pass can be climbed from several sides. Please choose the one you took:

• From the Verney Dam and Allemont, Isère side, starting from the Romanche valley.
• From Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne via Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Savoy side, with the long approach through the Arvan valley.

Each slope possesses its own altitudinal profile, faithfully reproduced in the 3D map.
