De klim vanuit de dorpen in het dal, door alpenweiden en rotschaos, maakt het een uitdagende en discrete bestemming, gewaardeerd door fietsers en wandelaars die op zoek zijn naar cols buiten de gebaande paden. Het verdient een trofee die daarbij past.<\/p>\n<h2>Van de race naar de trofee<\/h2>\n<p>Elke kaart wordt in drie stappen gemaakt, van ruwe data tot het eindproduct.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De topografische gegevens van de Col du Sabot worden verwerkt om het getrouwe reli\u00ebf van het terrein te reconstrueren, contourlijn per contourlijn.<\/li>\n<li>De kaart wordt vervolgens 3D-geprint: het massief krijgt volume, de bergkammen komen naar voren, de valleien zakken weg. Het traject van de klim wordt verhoogd op het oppervlak om de geleverde inspanning te visualiseren.<\/li>\n<li>Een massief eikenhouten sokkel verankert de kaart. Deze is lasergegraveerd in ons atelier in Bourg-d\u2019Oisans met de afstand, het hoogteverschil, het gemiddelde stijgingspercentage en de naam van de col.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Le Col du Sabot in 3D reli\u00ebf<\/h2>\n<p>De Col du Sabot rijst op in het Belledonne-massief, aan de rand van het regionale natuurpark Chartreuse. De klim vanuit de Eau d'Olle-vallei biedt aanhoudende hellingen, een weg die geleidelijk steiler wordt en een panorama op de omliggende toppen dat elke pedaalslag of elke stap beloont. De kaart geeft dit terrein tot in het kleinste detail weer: de ingang van de vallei, de klim naar de alpenweiden, de laatste passage naar de col. Alles wat je hebt doorkruist, vastgelegd in het reli\u00ebf.<\/p>\n<h2>De trofee van je beklimming<\/h2>\n<p>De Col du Sabot is geen col voor het grote publiek. Hem oversteken, te voet of met de fiets, betekent instemmen met de inspanning, de isolatie en de beloning die daarbij hoort. Deze 3D-kaart is gemaakt om een tastbare herinnering te bewaren aan deze persoonlijke prestatie. Hij lijkt op geen enkele foto, op geen enkele GPS-track op een scherm. Hij neemt ruimte in, hij heeft gewicht, je kunt hem aanraken. Het is een object dat het verhaal vertelt van een zware en succesvolle dag, om op een bureau, een plank of aan de muur te plaatsen.<\/p>\n<h2>Personaliseerbaar, gemaakt in Frankrijk<\/h2>\n<p>Elke trofee wordt op bestelling gemaakt in ons atelier, aan de voet van de Alpe d\u2019Huez, in Bourg-d\u2019Oisans.
